Overall rating: 4.6 Visiting from NYC I found this spot because my usual place was sold out. Cute boutique hotel but I didn’t realize I was staying in a solo spot which was cool. The lights did not work at all & when I reported it, they said they would come by and fix it and they did not.. I ended up relying on my flashlight along with lamps. The bed and bathroom lighting was impeccable, but I don’t think the staff was used to my east coast personality. I had a lot of questions every day, and some were nice - but others were not. Very mixed bag. That said, this place deserves more than a 3.5 rating
Perfect location with a view of the ocean and harbour from my room. Compact, comfortable and efficiently designed rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Georgeous grounds. I will definitely stay here again.
It’s overall a great hotel. Right across from the beach and stearns wharf. It’s very clean and has all the amenities and high end shampoo and conditioner which I appreciate. My own gripe is the bed was really soft to the point my back ached for half a day afterwards. This is my second time here. I hope they will eventually get more supportive mattresses.
The Milo was like a slice of heaven on earth. The view of the beach from our room was spectacular. The ambiance of the hotel alone was stunning, warm and welcoming. And the customer service was perfect, with each staff member and manager offering a warm smile and friendly conversation with every interaction. We loved our time here so much and we can’t wait to come back to our new home away from home.
I was called out for work at Hotel Milo. Their laundry room is very well put together. I decide where I stay based on the state of their laundry machines and room. It was great, I felt very comfortable staying here. Decided on getting my hotel room there because of the beautiful location and rooms and earlier mentioned comment on my job there. My stay was spectacular! Me and my partner stayed in the ocean view king room in building 2, overlooking the beach. The view was fantastic, I believe the front desks staff name was Johnathan or Jacob. He was extremely polite and helped us at every turn. The valet went above and beyond delivering our luggage to our room upstairs. The amenities were great and staff helped us when we had some minor hiccups during our checkout and were very accommodating. The ocean view king room has recently been renovated. The pillows and bed were the comfiest I’ve experienced in many different hotel stays. They also have a s’mores bar from 6pm-8pm, although we missed it this stay we will definitely be coming back to visit the Milo when we’re in the area!
Beautiful hotel. Staff was beyond great. Rooms were breathtaking. Location was breathtaking. The valet guys need a raise. The ran and jogged everywhere. Opened doors for my entire family. The front desk even lined up laundry service for us. Outstanding stay and service. Highly recommend!
This is the place to stay in Santa Barbara! Ocean front location. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Staff are friendly and most helpful. Bikes available for superb rides. Love love love!
The new renovations of the rooms are absolutely stunning. The ocean view king was impeccable and very spacious. The bed was super comfy too! The staff were all very welcoming and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Perfect location across the street from the beach! Will 100% stay here again!
